The Chalk Box Kid Activity

We just finished reading The Chalk Box Kid. This was a moving, creative story. Gregory (main character) is young boy in a new neighborhood. He discovers an abandoned chalk factory behind his house. He decided to grow his own garden and show his artistic side. Gregory's garden is not like the other gardens and that is what makes it unique and special. The students were able to creative their own gardens! They loved every second and made it special!
