Try your best to complete chapter 11 study guide. This study guide has a lot of review questions. If you do come across something you do not understand, circle it and leave it blank. We will be going over this study guide on Tuesday. Test will be on Wednesday.

Pen Pal Field Trip:

1. Wear gym shoes

2. Pack your lunch in a brown paper bag. Everything will be thrown away at the park. Place your name and room number on the paper bag.

3. Bring an extra bottle of water

4. Tomorrow is suppose to be a very hot, sunny day. Please dress according to the weather and put sunscreen on.

5. Bring a blanket or a beach towel for you to sit on.

Again, I will not be attending this field trip. There is another teacher that will be taking my place. I will be at the school if you need to get a hold of me.

Practice book page 175. Please leave page 176 blank, we will do this side in class tomorrow.

Spelling:

ABC order with lesson 29 words

Social Studies:

Chapter 10 test will be tomorrow. This is an open book/open notes test. Students did NOT receive a study guide. We did a review with ALL the test questions. 

A letter about the pen pal field trip went out today. Please make sure you look over this information with your child at home. Be prepared! There is a list on the hand out of everything you will need for this field trip. I will NOT be attending this field trip. There will be a teacher that the students are familiar with in my place. If you have any questions please contact me as soon as possible.

Social Studies:
Open book/open notes chapter 10 test on Wednesday! Make sure you review the chapter. There will be NO study guide to this test because it is an open book/notes test.

Reminders:

1. Directions on how to iron on your classroom logo to your spring fest shirts went out today. This must be done at home.

2. Bring in your extra change for the purchasing books tomorrow.

3. PEN PAL FIELD TRIP slips are due no later than Wednesday! Please bring those in as soon as possible! 

4. No school on Friday, May 25th!
